Bermulalah perjalanan…

Huhu semenjak baca majalah Ray, hati tekad nak menguruskan lower body yang gemok nie. So pagi tadi dengan semangatnye, keluarkan buku nota & pen & catatkan la ukuran paha, betis, punggung and pinggang serta target yang dikehendaki dalam masa 2 minggu. Kemudian berpandukan Mom-chan Exercise seperti dalam gambar, langkah pun dimulakan. Berpeluh-peluhla saya disebabkan 1st time wat senaman haha

Semoga saya akan mencapai target yang saya nak and semoga x berhenti di tengah jalan. Amin!

p/s: selain senaman, saya pun da start makan nasi sebelum kul 6 petang
